Synchronize using

Periodic full synchronization
Select to send periodic synchronization messages to all gateways, then choose a schedule.
Demand full synchronization
Select to send a synchronization message when a user, gateway, route or remote name is added to, or deleted from, the Directory.
Because you will probably make several changes at once, you may want to specify a waiting period if you select this option. Enter the number of minutes the server will wait between when the changes were made and when the synchronization message is generated. This prevents the server from sending a message after each user you add during a single session.
Delete old remote names after
Enter the period of time you want to retain remote names that have not been updated. After this time the server automatically deletes these remote names. This option ensures that obsolete remote names do not accumulate in the Directory. Remote names added manually are not deleted.
Delete old routes after
Enter the period of time you want to retain routes that have not been updated. After this time the server automatically deletes these routes. This option ensures that obsolete routes do not accumulate in the Directory. Routes added manually are not deleted.
Reject routes with cost greater than
The maximum cost of routes to be accepted from a remote server. Routes with a greater cost will be rejected. Since some routes may be unreliable or inactive, they might be assigned a higher cost. When a route is sent to your server from a remote server, you can choose to reject the route if it is over a certain cost. Rejected routes are not entered into your Directory.
