Use this form to schedule system administration tasks to be executed automatically.
Select New > New Event to schedule an automated system administration event.

Enabled
Select to enable the system event.
Disabled system events can remain in the calendar and be enabled at any time.
Description
The name of the scheduled system event.
Time
The time the scheduled system event will start.

Status
The status will be "Pending"
Action
Choose the desired action:

Description
Wait
Use between consecutive tasks to allow time for each task to complete. Time is specified in seconds.
Single audit
Perform a single audit on a desired user/container, entered by client ID in the Parameter field.
FC script command
Enter a valid FC script command in the Parameter field (max 100 characters).
Server control
Choose a server control task from the dropdown menu.
If Broadcast is the task, enter the broadcast message in the Parameter field (max 100 characters).
If Force logoff is the task, enter the User ID of the single user, or leave it blank to log off all users.
Server command
Enter the FCPutil server command number that corresponds to the task you want to execute.
IS command
Enter the  Internet Services button ID (from the IS Monitor) that corresponds to the task you want to execute.
VS command
Enter the Voice Services button ID (from the VS Monitor) that corresponds to the task you want to execute.
DS command
Enter the  Directory Services button ID (from the DS Monitor)  that corresponds to the task you want to execute.
Add new event
Click to add an additional task to execute after the previous task has executed.

There is no dependency on completion of the previous task. If the successive task is dependent on completion of the previous, use the Wait action between the tasks.
Remove existing event
Click to delete the selected task.



Repeats tab

Repeat interval
When this event will be repeated.
Repeated events are shown on all appropriate days on the calendar.
Repeat until
The last date to repeat this event.
Click this field to open a popup calendar, click the final date, then click OK.
