Accessing Open Text Social Workplace from FirstClass If you also use Open Text Social Workplace, you'll see your Open Text Social Workplace communities and The Pulse on your FirstClass Desktop. You can go to these communities directly from FirstClass. To go to your Open Text Social Workplace home page in your browser, choose File > Open > Communities or click the Communities navigation button. To go to a particular community, double-click it on your FirstClass Desktop. To see others' Open Text Social Workplace profile information, open the context menu from their names, then choose OTSW Profile.
