| Purpose Clears and reinitializes the values of an array. All elements of a numeric array are set to zero. All elements of a string array are set to empty strings (''''). Arrays of date values are set to day zero. If the array is of a user-defined type, each member of the type is treated as its own separate variable and is erased in accordance with its type.
